Penmenvy - Administration instead of Menveo; This non-serious case was reported by a physician via call center representative and described the occurrence of wrong vaccine administered in a 11-year-old female patient who received Men ABCWY NVS (Penmenvy) suspension for injection in pre-filled syringe for prophylaxis. Co-suspect products included Men ACWY-CRM NVS (Menveo) solution for injection for prophylaxis. On 12-JUN-2026, the patient received the 1st dose of Penmenvy. The patient did not receive Menveo. On 12-JUN-2026, an unknown time after receiving Penmenvy the patient experienced wrong vaccine administered (Verbatim: Penmenvy - Administration instead of Menveo).
