2-3 minutes post vaccine administration, patient reported lightheadedness and warmth to face and neck. RN noted color to be normal. Patient was sitting in chair next to mom resting head on her shoulder. ~30 seconds after vocalizing lightheadedness, patient seized for approximately 10 seconds and was postictal for ~3 minutes. Dr. reported to room immediately after seizing stopped and completed evaluation. RN provided patient with a gatorade and crackers. Dr. advised patient to wait in office 15-20 minutes to ensure feeling well enough to walk to the car. Mom reports she will stay home with patient today
