Symptom narrative

I became very lightheaded and dizzy. Then I became nauseated, developed a headache, had stomach pain and muscle aches with no fever. I felt like I had IBS flare up. I went to see my doctor on 6/18/26 and was told it was a reaction to the vaccine but instructed to get the second dose. I am currently using a walker to help me stay balanced as I am still dizzy and still have IBS symptoms.
