The patient's past medical history included shingles (had them before from January to April when patient was younger). On an unknown date, the patient received Shingles vaccine. On an unknown date, an unknown time after receiving Shingles vaccine, the patient experienced vaccination failure (Verbatim: Suspected vaccination Failure) (serious criteria GSK medically significant) and shingles (Verbatim: I am also fighting them/stabbing pain so bad I ended up in the hospital) (serious criteria hospitalization). The outcome of the vaccination failure was not reported and the outcome of the shingles was not resolved.
