Symptom narrative

Patient received pneumococcal 20-valent conjugate vaccine on 05/12 in left arm. The next day 5/13 reported fevers, chills, myalgias. On 5/14, presented to ED with redness, swelling, and streaking on left arm into left axilla. Was diagnosed with cellulitis with lymphangitic spread and was prescribed antibiotics.
