Symptom narrative

Pain began that eve, swelling by next am I evaluated on 6/16 , 8 days after shot with increased swelling to the deltoid and pain, There was a dime sized bruise at the injection site., however increased pain and swelling to the left deltoid over the past 48 hours, ? mild erythema, Mild warmth, Consistent with injection site reaction, but typically this is better within 7 days and this is worsening at 7 days
