AE - Penmenvy - Only diluent administered; AE - Penmenvy - Only diluent administered; This non-serious case was reported by a nurse via call center representative and described the occurrence of inappropriate preparation of medication in a 17-year-old female patient who received Men ABCWY NVS (Penmenvy) suspension for injection in pre-filled syringe (batch number 499J9/B with expiry date 03-APR-2028) for prophylaxis. On 28-MAY-2026, the patient received Penmenvy. On 28-MAY-2026, an unknown time after receiving Penmenvy, the patient experienced inappropriate preparation of medication (Verbatim: AE - Penmenvy - Only diluent administered) and inappropriate dose of vaccine administered (Verbatim: AE - Penmenvy - Only diluent administered). The outcome of the inappropriate preparation of medication and inappropriate dose of vaccine administered were not applicable.
