Only diluent administered; Only diluent administered; This non-serious case was reported by a other health professional via call center representative and described the occurrence of inappropriate preparation of medication in a 20-year-old male patient who received Men ABCWY NVS (Penmenvy) suspension for injection in pre-filled syringe (batch number 499J9 with expiry date 08-OCT-2026) for prophylaxis. On 11-JUN-2026, the patient received Penmenvy. On 11-JUN-2026, an unknown time after receiving Penmenvy, the patient experienced inappropriate preparation of medication (Verbatim: Only diluent administered) and inappropriate dose of vaccine administered (Verbatim: Only diluent administered). The outcome of the inappropriate preparation of medication and inappropriate dose of vaccine administered were not applicable.
