Symptom narrative

2nd dose longer than recommended interval; This non-serious case was reported by a pharmacist via call center representative and described the occurrence of drug dose administration interval too long in a patient who received Herpes zoster (Shingrix) solution for injection for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included shingrix (received 1st dose on unknown date more than 5 years ago). On 11-JUN-2026, the patient received the 2nd dose of Shingrix. On 11-JUN-2026, an unknown time after receiving Shingrix, the patient experienced drug dose administration interval too long (Verbatim: 2nd dose longer than recommended interval). The outcome of the drug dose administration interval too long was not applicable.
