Symptom narrative

Patient reports trouble sleeping and body pain the evening after receiving the Shingrix vaccine. The morning after she is reporting body pain, pain on her legs and trouble walking. She has been noticed to be taking Eliquis, which she takes for a previous stroke. I advised her husband to take her to the hospital for a suspected DVT since she has pain and swelling in her legs.
