On an unknown date, the patient received Shingles vaccine. On an unknown date, an unknown time after receiving Shingles vaccine, the patient experienced vaccination failure (Verbatim: suspected vaccination failure) (serious criteria GSK medically significant) and shingles (Verbatim: suffering with shingles for 7 weeks now). The outcome of the vaccination failure was not reported and the outcome of the shingles was not resolved. The patient got his/her shots last year in 2025 and had been suffering with shingles for 7 weeks now, further patient stated that this was no joke, had been to ER (emergency room) and physicians had the medications, no rash now but still had pain and numbness. The batch number was not provided and unable to contact the reporter.
