RashRash macular

Symptom narrative

Patient developed cutaneous rash (flat red macules) over bilateral legs, chest, and back approx 3-4 minutes after receiving vaccines. No raised hives/wheals, no symptoms of anaphylaxis. Zyrtec given by mouth and rash resolved with 5 minutes. No epinephrine indicated or given. Patient monitored for 30 min afterwards and no recurrence of symptoms.
