Symptom narrative

Patient had vasovagal syncopal episode a few minutes after vaccine. She hadn't eaten before vaccine administration. She became alert within a few mins, MD at bedside in clinic to assess. Vitals obtained. Snack provided. Patient discharged from clinic after 15 mins of monitoring.
