vaccines administered on 12/15/25. per parents, right leg and foot swelling that lasted about a month. They did not seek medical care or call to follow up about event. they did not call to report symptoms. no treatment was provided. patient was seen next on 6/19/26 when paernts reported event. they do not have photos of swelling.
