Symptom narrative

Rash and pain at the injection site that started the night following the injection. Rash and fevers lasted for about 2 weeks. Since then he has had persistent left lateral upper arm pain with some radiation down his left forearm to his thumb.

Hypothyroidism, ADHD, low testosterone, restless leg, diabetes

Adderall XR, Rosuvastatin, Ropinirole, mounjaro, levothyroxine, testosterone, tamsulosin
