Symptom narrative

After receiving vaccine, patient walked to bench with mother to sit down where she seemed to have a brief seizure episode and fell on the floor. Patient was conscious while sitting on floor. Reported feeling weak & clammy. A nearby customer who is an EMT helped & reported fast pulse. Ambulance was called. Patient remained stable until paramedics arrived
