after administration, patient stood up and leaned up against the corner of the wall. At approximately 2:03pm, patient slid down the wall onto the floor, was unresponsive for approximately 1 minute. Patient's dad was beside patient, immediately grabbed patient and sat him up in a nearby chair. Nurse was in room, nurse called for help, physician came and assessed, patient returned consciousness, nurse and physician assisted patient to lay down on the exam bed. Patient was pale. After approximately 2 minutes, patient's color returned to normal. Patient responded appropriately. Patient advised to rest for a few moments before standing again. Nurse ensured this. Approximately 2:15PM, patient able to walk without assistance, reported no dizziness.
