Symptom narrative

Extreme fatigue with arm muscle soreness and numbness down arm, and pain in wrist within 3 hours after shot. Extreme headache middle of night on first night. Extreme fatigue increased the next day with severe headache on left side in back of head and behind left eye. Vision blurry in left eye. (This is same side as shot). Symptoms lasted throughout the day and night and daily activities were not possible. The next morning (this morning which is approximately 40 hours after shot, symptoms are subsiding.
