Symptom narrative

swollen, redness and feel uncomfortable for 2 weeks after vaccine. advised patient to apply ice and take tylenol or ibuprofen. after 2 weeks, swollen is gone. then 1 week later, pain on right elbow. consistent pain and worse at night. patient didn't take any medications.
