Symptom narrative

Patient came by the pharmacy today 06/21 to report an injection site reaction she experience when receiving her vaccine back on 06/16. The left arm appeared to show signs of erythema along with edema. Provided pt with oral Benadryl to take at home. Counselled pt to seek medical attentions if symptoms does not improve or gets worse.
