patient has face, neck, and breast area a sun burn red. patient states has no fever, had both shingles and pneumonia vaccine on both days. pharmacist counseled that its a flushing side effects (systemic vaccine reaction) and use supportive therapy like cetirizine, cool compress and tylenol/ibuprofen
