Symptom narrative

"feel like I'm having a stroke"- symptoms described as room spinning, couldn't move her head for 3 days, severe dizziness, sick to her stomach/nauseous; stomach upset; unable to lift her arm/redness at injection sire even 5 days after the injection and and with 3 times per day of icing and taking tylenol. Patient said she will go to the ER if she isn't feeling better by tomorrow
