Symptom narrative

Patient returned today after visit and receiving vaccines with a dusty, pink macular diffuse rash on trunk, upper extremities, and thighs. Positive blanching, no respiratory involvement, no vomiting or wheezing. Patient given 2.5mg/5mL of Loratadine. Patient tolerated well.
