Symptom narrative

Site: Bruising at Injection Site-Mild, Site: Redness at Injection Site-Medium, Site: Swelling at Injection Site-Mild, Additional Details: Pt received mNEXSPIKE vaccine on 6/8/26 along with Capvaxive. After the covid vaccine was administered he experienced some swelling at the injection site. He called 2 days later reporting that the swelling had resolved & there was no pain but his upper arm had redness & erythema (no itchiness). I counseled patient to take benadryl, apply cold compress, & if not resolved get seen. On Friday 6/12, he came in after an urgent care visit (prescribed doxycycline + prednisone).
