Site: Itching at Injection Site-Severe, Systemic: Unknown-Mild, Systemic: Unable to Sleep-Mild, Additional Details: Patient was offered Tdap vaccine while she came to the pharmacy to get her schuduled 2nd Hep-B vaccine. She verbally agreed upon to get both the vaccines while processing and at the time of adminstarion. She was satisfied at the time of service and was given discharge summary.Later her husband called and complaint that why her wife was given Tdap vaccine as she is pregant.
