Symptom narrative

Systemic: Fainting / Unresponsive-Mild, Additional Details: Patient recieved 2 vaccines given in different arms. Immediately after the vaccines were given, patient said she felt like she was going to pass out. She sat back down right away in the chair and I ran over right away. Patient started having convulsive type movements prior to losing consciousness entirely. I guided her down to the floor and within a second of being on the floor she came to and was able to anwer questions.
