Site: Pain at Injection Site-Mild, Additional Details: pt indicated that after her 2nd dose of heplisav on 12/31/2025 she a small hardened muscle with mild pain. pt also indicated that it pains her when she sleeps on her left arr. she has been exercising to reduce muscle tightness. pt did not see a dr regarding this issue. I recommended that she exercise her arm regularly
