Symptom narrative

about 5 minutes after administration, patient passed out when trying to stand up. unconscious for a couple of seconds and came back to. After a few minutes, patient passed out for a second time. Gatorade provided to patient. Patient complaint of nausea. Water given instead. Blood pressure, pulse and SpO2 stable throughout event. Patient fully recovered prior to leaving clinic with mother in stable condition.
