Symptom narrative

Pt states on 06/19/2026 or 06/20/2026 he developed hives on his back, legs, and torso. Pt also had a fever and nausea. Pt states he is not exhibiting any signs of difficulty breathing or swelling of the mouth, throat, or face. Pt recommended to go to the ER if he develops any of these symptoms. Pt will follow up with PCP and transplant physician. Pt states on 06/22/2026 that he still had the hives but seemed to be improving.

Medical history

Cirrhosis. Pt is currently trying to get a liver transplant.
