Symptom narrative

Patient had red rash and swelling and headache on Saturday and Sunday. Today, the rash was red and hot to the touch. Patient took Ibuprofen the last 2 days. I informed him to take benadryl to help with the rash and put ice on the area. He said he felt better from over the weekend and no pause in his daily activities.
