After patient left exam room she went outside to her mother vehicle stated she didn't feel good. Mom was able to grab her and bring her back into the health department. Mom state patient not falling. I was called to lobby patient sitting in chair mother said she held her up and put her there. When I got to patient she was alert. Face was pale. Grabbed sprite for patient to drink. Did not want ambulance asked x2. Sat in lobby chair for approximately 10 minutes before leaving. Stood up and was doing fine. Patient stated she had not eaten or drank anything since yesterday. Counseled to eat and drink before vaccination and to let provider known when getting one. Patient before leaving had returned color to face and said she felt good.
