AngioedemaUrticaria

Symptom narrative

5 days after 4 year old vaccines, patient awoke with full body hives and angioedema. Seen in ER and was given decadron and atarax. Instructed to continue zyrtec daily until hives resolve. Seen the following day after ER and still with some hives but improving. No new foods, exposures, fevers, illnesses or any other potential identifiable etiology to urticaria.
