Symptom narrative

Following pt's vaccine, that evening he got a fever. This fever triggered an arrythmia flutter where his IART triggered his heart rate to go to 190-200. He had to go to the ED and be paced out of the rhythm and started a new anti-arrythmic medicine and updated settings on his pacemaker

CHD, asplenia, heterotaxy, nonrotation of GI, albanism, pacemaker, hypothyroidism, intra-atrial reentrant tachycardia

Enalapril, amoxicillin, atenolol, farxiga, aspirin, aldactone, levythyroxine, Iron
