Inappropriate administration route-intramuscular administration; This non-serious case was reported by a pharmacist via call center representative and described the occurrence of subcutaneous injection formulation administered by other route in a patient who received MMR (Priorix) solution for injection in pre-filled syringe for prophylaxis. On an unknown date, the patient received Priorix (intramuscular). On an unknown date, an unknown time after receiving Priorix, the patient experienced subcutaneous injection formulation administered by other route (Verbatim: Inappropriate administration route-intramuscular administration). The outcome of the subcutaneous injection formulation administered by other route was not applicable. This report is made by GSK without prejudice and does not imply any admission or liability for the incident or its consequences. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 18-JUN-2026 The registered pharmacist called to report that maladministered Priorx intramuscularly instead of subcutaneously. The reporter wanted to know do they have to revaccinate. The batch number was not provided and unable to contact the reporter.
