Symptom narrative

Shivering, fever, body aches, malaise, diarrhea, vomiting, rectal bleeding --- Symptoms started about 12 hours after shot, primarily the shivering and mild fever and body aches. The next day more of the same. After supper the second day, I started to have diarrhea along with two episodes of vomiting. The next morning, I felt the urge to go again,, and when I did i noticed blood in the toilet but no stool. This continued throughout the day. After the first two episdoes of bleeding I went to the ER where they did a CT scan which was negative. The bleeding stopped by that evening and has been gone since, but now I am awaiting a colonoscopy.
