Symptom narrative

I went to the ER with loss of facial movement: right eye drooping, left eye won't fully close, mouth not moving congruently. CT scan, chest x-ray, and MRI showed no abnormalities. Report states this is most likely secondary to a Bell's palsy. Received negative results for Lymes Disease (<0.90). Was not tested for GBS as far as I can tell from my patient portal.

Current illness

Was not being treated for illness. This was a routine annual check up.
