Patient states that she experience having headache the day after she received the vaccine. Patient reports the appearance of small bumps or hives on both her arms, under her breasts, on her back and around her buttocks. She mentions that the bumps are not itchy. She mentions that she has NOT experienced any of the following symptoms after receiving the vaccine -- fever, N/V, SOB, chest pain, heart palpitation, dizziness, light-headedness, muscle pain nor nerve pain. She mentions that she feels tired. Patient also mentions that the bumps on her chest and under her breasts were not evident until the 3rd day after receiving the vaccine. Patient is recommended by the pharmacist to see a doctor as soon as possible. Patient accepts this recommendation and will schedule an appointment with her doctor.
