Approximately 4 minutes after receiving Tdap, MCV, and HPV, PT left the examination room and while standing at the front desk waiting for her mom to book a 2nd appointment, PT experienced vasovagal episode. She lost consciousness briefly, fell to ground, and was caught by mother. No head trauma. Regained consciousness and was led to examination table. Was allowed to lie down. After 2-3 minutes was given water and a small amount to eat. Approximated 10-15 minutes was feeling better and left to go home.
