bullous skin rash round left neck; Neck pain; severe headache; discoloration of the skin rash; not able to get out of the bed for 2 days; This non-serious case was reported by a physician and described the occurrence of rash in a 53-year-old male patient who received Herpes zoster (Shingrix) for prophylaxis. On an unknown date, the patient received the 2nd dose of Shingrix. On an unknown date, an unknown time after receiving Shingrix, the patient experienced rash (Verbatim: bullous skin rash round left neck), neck pain (Verbatim: Neck pain), headache (Verbatim: severe headache), bedridden (Verbatim: not able to get out of the bed for 2 days) and skin discoloration (Verbatim: discoloration of the skin rash). The patient was treated with aciclovir sodium (Acyclovir). The outcome of the rash, neck pain and headache were resolved and the outcome of the bedridden was resolved (duration 2 days) and the outcome of the skin discoloration was not resolved. It was unknown if the reporter considered the rash, neck pain, headache, bedridden and skin discoloration to be related to Shingrix. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 22-JUN-2026 A 53-years-old male, who completed 2 doses of Shingrix (unknown when) had a few of bullous skin rash round left neck. He had a pain in the left neck as well and severe headache. He was not able to get out of the bed for 2 days. His wife was ophthalmologist and prescribed acyclovir. Now he was recovered with general symptoms but still have discoloration of the skin rash. The batch number was not provided and a request for this information has been made.
