Incomplete course of vaccination

Symptom narrative

Incomplete Schedule; This non-serious case was reported by a pharmacist via call center representative and described the occurrence of incomplete course of vaccination in a female patient who did not receive HAB (Twinrix) suspension for injection in pre-filled syringe for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Twinrix (received first dose in 2018 on unknown date) and Twinrix (received second dose in 2018 on unknown date). The patient did not receive the 3rd dose of Twinrix. The patient had incomplete course of vaccination (Verbatim: Incomplete Schedule). The outcome of the incomplete course of vaccination was not applicable. This report is made by GSK without prejudice and does not imply any admission or liability for the incident or its consequences. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 22-JUN-2026 The reporter reported that patient who got the Twinrix vaccine, the HepB and HepA combo vaccine in 2018, but they only got two doses, one month apart. The reporter asked do they have to restart the series or just give the third dose. The batch number was not provided upon follow- up with the reporter.
