Symptom narrative

Patient received IM injection of MenQuadfi vaccine to be followed by Bexsero. She was accidentally given another dose of MenQuadfi for a total of two doses given on the same day at the same location at least an inch apart. No immediate symptoms. Doctor was brought to speak with the patient. Bexsero dose was held and not administered at the time. The patient had labs drawn for her eating disorder history in the same office approximately 20-30 minutes after vaccinations. Patient experienced vasovagal syncope during the lab draw. Per parent she had only eaten a small bar that day. Patient was monitored and returned home after recovery. Sanofi was contacted regarding the incident for additions recommendations.

Current illness

Followed by dermatology for suspected fungal infection to hand.

Asthma, depressive disorder, atypical anorexia nervosa
