The medical assistant administered Menveo, Boostrix, and Gardasil to the patient. After administering vaccines patient sat for 3 minutes while dad was looking patient over and started rubbing patients arms and neck. Then, patient went to check out with. The patient collapsed at check out and dad immediately picked up the patient up. The patient was given patient a cup of water and then laid him on the exam table and raised his legs. Dr went to the patient room and asked him to give his name, which he did, and if he hit his head, the patient stated he did not hit his head. Dr examined his eyes and heart rate and oxygen, told the patient to sit up and asked if he was feeling dizzy, patient stated he was feeling fine. Waited a few more minutes and patient was dismissed and given a lollipop.
