Symptom narrative

pt felt funny after receiving vaccines, she sat down in lobby for her 15 minutes. she started coughing having a hard time breathing. intern helping at out window saw pt deteriorating notified the rxm. both responded with calling 911 and administering epipen. pt responded to epipen immediately and was breathing normally when ems arrived. pt was taken to hospital.
