Symptom narrative

pt states he is living in his car now. It attacked my body. I had a heart attack as it is affecting my back, chest and neck. I had swelling of the arm at the injection site. I had previous vaccines and I am not sure which one, but my behavior changed after them. It is attacking my body and my mind regarding politic situations. I am trying to get treatment and cleansing of the blood since getting the vaccine. Lab work didn't show up anything but I have been treated at facility and had some other vaccines.
