Symptom narrative

Patient had reported having a rash started the day of vaccination, fever, headache, and body aches .She had been prescribed, and using Benadryl tablets, and Cortizone 2.5% cream for rash, Ibuprofen for fever and body aches. However, she had reported that all the side effects have gone down in intensity.

Hypertension, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Hypothyroidism
