After pt received vaccines, she acted per her norm and was checking out of the clinic with her mother and brother. Pt loss consciousness and fell backwards into her mother and then was lowered as best as mom could to the floor. Pt did not hit her head or have any injury/harm to the incident at that time. Pt regained consciousness almost immediately after falling and was immediately assessed by the provider, vitals were taken and WNL, and pt was drinking fluids. Pt states that she did feel dizzy before falling but had no other sx. After pt was assessed and had fluids she was ready to stand and was assisted by her mother to stand and had no problems. Pt reported not being dizzy or having any syncope sx after incident. pt then went home with mother and brother.
