Symptom narrative

Patient describe her arm was red and swollen, pruritus' and started past weekend 06/19/2026 after was given Heplisav- B. Patient didn't taken anything for any treatment. Patient was counseled to take Benadryl and monitor the progression. If the progression getting worst, patient is advised to seek urgent care and emergency.

Current illness

Patient have current insomnia and with skim dermatitis condition ( Hypersensitive )

Patient is not taking anything during, or after for any treatment for the reddness
