Symptom narrative

In retrospect, adverse effect started with initial HPV dose 1/2026, but worsened siginificantly following dose #2. Continuing worsening POTS symptoms - hot, pale, presyncopal at work despite compensatory measures - electrolytes, compression, sleep; seen by cardiology, started diltiazem with moderate improvement. Severe unremitting brain fog/difficulty thinking. Unable to work d/t difficulty with language processing, cognitive load, fine motor skill deterioration, unable to work on computers, photosensitivity, vertigo, eye angioedema, worsening MCAS, nausea, numbness in teeth/face, breakthrough itching/swelling (between xolair). Unable to walk heel/toe. Has seen cardiology, ophthalmology, neuroophthalmology, immunology, neurology, PCP, with extensive testing including but not limited to 4 day EEG, MRI/CT head, 2 ER visits. Decreased cognition on neuro testing, imaging with orbital angioedema. Added aspirin, cromolyn with some improvement. All symptoms slowly but continually worsened.
