Symptom narrative

The patient received vaccine on 4/13/2026 and says that the next day his arm was very sore and he was also experiencing pain in his legs. He says that the pain is constant.

Lab data

The patient reported adverse event June 22, 2026 and he was seen by medical provider on 6/23/26. The patient did not have any redness or a lump at the site of injection. He does not have any swelling in his arm. He has full range of motion of his arms, radial pulses are present, intact facial response.
