Symptom narrative

Patient states that 2 hours post receiving the vaccine she started with flu like symptoms such as chills, sweating, fever, swollen lymph nodes under left arm and left side of her throat. She states that the lymph node under her left arm is the size of a lemon and she is having a hard time lowering her arm. Patient also states that the area around the injection site is swollen. She tried to ice it and use Tylenol, but it is not helping.
